Le temps des cigales

I had a vision for this bag, I wanted him to feel like a slow summer day in Provence.
Fields of lavender, charming stone houses, quiet fountains, sunflower-filled gardens, and endless country roads… each vintage embroidered tapestry captures a different moment of the journey.
For the bottom, I chose a tapestry with a teapot and little cakes. I loved how beautifully its colors blended with the rest of the bag, but even more, I loved the story it tells: After a long walk through lavender fields, I imagine stopping for afternoon tea ( iced tea please) under the shade of an old tree, where a teapot is waiting, along with a few little French pastries.
To me, every bag should tell a story. This one ends with a well-deserved goûter in Provence ;)

 

This one of a kind has been designed from amazing French cotton needlepoint tapestries that present on its five sides, plus the handles and the inside pocket. Perfect balance between supple, light and excellent quality. This French tote will be your best ally in any situation.
