Maison Preston orders are shipped with a tracking number via UPS.
Free ground shipping for all domestic orders over $300.
After receiving your order confirmation email, your order may take up to 2-3 business days to fulfill before shipping.
AFTER April 30th and through summmer International orders will be shipped from France, so please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Customs Fees will be due upon receipt.
Maison Preston is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. If your package goes missing or is stolen, please notify me immediately so that I can file a claim with USPS.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s), after 14 days MAISON PRESTON cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return all items must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging provided. Worn, altered and damaged merchandise will be not accepted. MAISON PRESTON has the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirements.
